First of all, John Adams played a significant role in the American Revolution. Similarly, Thomas Jefferson played a significant role in the American Revolution. Second, both of them were delegated to the Continental Congress. Besides, John Adams, who was one of the signers of Declaration of Independence, is similar to Thomas Jefferson. Third, John Adams used to be the president of U.S. Likewise, Thomas Jefferson used to be the president of U.S. Both John Adams and Thomas Jefferson studied and practiced law. Last but not the least, both of them died on July 4, 1826. From the above details, you can know that John Adams and Thomas Jefferson had done a great many things which would be admired by their offspring.

    One day, Stephanie Brooks and Ann Friedman both ran through red light. And the police asked them for their drivers’ licenses. All of a sudden, he found that they had lots of thing in common. Consequently, he decided to compare their license. First, both of them have the same eyes color. Second, Stephanie Brooks has black hair. Likewise, Ann Friedman has black hair. Third, their dates of birth are similar to each other. Last, Stephanie Brooks’ height is the same as Ann Friedman. We can tell form the details that Stephanie Brooks and Ann Friedman are much alike. After the police comparing their license, he thought that it was really a coincidence and made up his mind, finding the two drivers to meet with each other. In the long run, they became best friend. It is such a good deed, isn’t it?

My friend and I are looking for an apartment to share near campus. And while I am searching the net, I see two descriptions of apartments on the Internet. I don’t know which one is the best selection, so I need to compare the two apartments-Fairfax Apartments and CAMPUS APTS to find out the most suitable house for my friend and I to live in. First, it is of great significance for both of us to have our own room-we all need to have private space, and Fairfax Apartments can meet our requirement. The critical reason is that Fairfax Apartments has two large bedrooms,     whereas, CAMPUS APTS could only have one available. 

Second, with the increase of expense during pursuing our studies, we don’t have much more money to spend on. Consequently, Fairfax Apartments, which is furnished, may save our pockets, while CAMPUS APTS has no furnish. Therefore, it would be very inconvenient for us to live in and we must have to spend much money to buy the furnisher. Third, I am not into keeping a pet. Fairfax Apartments don’t allow pets to stay in. In contrast, CAMPUS APTS allow pets to stay in. As a result, I consider the former one better than the latter. For these above reasons, we both make up our mind and decide to choose Fairfax Apartments to rent. Although the rent of Fairfax Apartments is more expensive than CAMPUS APTS, we are certain that we can handle it. I am of great confidence to tell you that my friend and I may have a comfortable college life in Fairfax Apartments.

    I wanted to hire a new English instructor for my school and now I had received two resumes from people for the job. To my mind, I thought both Lynn Whitnall and Debra Fines had great educational backgrounds and working experiences. But eventually I chose the latter one in the long run. Why did I make this decision, followed my words and you would understand. First of all, Debra Fines only studied in New York University. Nevertheless, Debra Fines had already studied in three excellent colleges for more than seven years. Secondly, Debra Fines used to be an English Instructor for three years. Whereas, Lynn Whitnall was more experienced than her. Third, I need someone who is really skilled in English verb tense and Lynn Whitnall can live up to my expectation. While Debra Fines can only speak different kinds of languages but that was not what I wanted. In this way, I believed that Lynn Whitnall was the best candidates for this position. In short, she would be our school's English instructor and I hoped to partner with her happily.

    Among various kinds of sports, I like jogging and riding bike in particular. As far as I am concerned, jogging is a good way for people who want to go on a diet. Similarly, you can ride a bike if you tend to lose your weight. With the growth of health-conscious, people are into watching their cholesterol or fat. And there is no doubt that human beings are able to go jogging or ride a bike in any climates, whether it is a sunny day or a rainy one. Therefore, both jogging and riding a bike soon catch on in the whole world. In addition, we should not neglect that the two above sports are likely to make humanity grow muscle. For example, while jogging or riding a bike, people ought to use their lower legs and would have muscle if they exercise regularly. As a result, we can come to the conclusion that the two above spots can not only strengthen your body but bolster your health. Let's get start right now, don't we?

    Watching movies is my favorite hobby and the movie that deeply touches my heart most is “Ye Wen”. It talks about a Chinese’s confidence and determination --his name is Ye Wen. He is really kind and does a great favor to those who are in need.

    What Ye Wen does to the Japanese in  history is inspiring to the people around the world- he protect the Chinese from being attacked by the Japanese.  He has also become a model who has stamina to fight against unfair stuffs. I think that he is a real Chinese  who really loves this hometown which he lives in. He is a peace lover and tries to protect what he truly believes in. To me, his self-confidence and determination will always encourage me to be what I really want to be.
